Certain Revision products and components are export controlled under the U.S. International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you, the prospective buyer agrees to verification of:
- Citizenship (citizens of U.S. and Canada only)
- Denied Party Screening
- Active Military, and Law Enforcement Officers
You, as the prospective buyer, also agree:
- To not transfer or re-sell any product controlled under these export regulations.
- To provide any other supporting documentation to verify the particulars of the sale
The order verification you receive after processing of your order is not a final sale and is conditioned upon verification of buyer credentials and of the sole discretionary judgment of the seller regarding export compliance concerns. You, the prospective buyer, will be contacted by a representative of Revision Military via e-mail for compliance purposes with respect to these regulations.
Revision reserves the right not to ship to certain countries, certain individuals, and for certain purposes in compliance with these export regulations.
