Police Officer/Firearms Instructor D.P.K.
I am a Police Officer/Firearms Instructor for 26 years and have worn many different brands/styles of eyewear and spent lots of money in the process. I recently attended a vehicle close-quarters battle training which lasted four days...I trusted and wore my Revision eyewear and there were several times when ammunition casings and glass fragments came back at my face as a result of shooting from inside of the vehicles; every time something came back towards my face, my Revision eyewear saved my eyes. Unfortunately, a fellow officer who was wearing a competitor's brand was not so lucky...After he was looked at by medical, I showed him my Revision eyewear and showed him the areas on the lenses that absorbed the impacts which potentially would have struck me if I had not been wearing them. After I wiped the lenses thoroughly they were as good as new. After this training I am completely sold on the benefits that Revision eyewear offers. Also, the lenses stayed clear and did not fog up which allowed me to stay focused on the targets that I was engaging. 5-star rating, would recommend to anyone who engages in shooting activities, whether as law enforcement or civilian shooting sports.

They fit great and are super light. I have tried a plethora of different eyepro, ranging from expensive Oakleys to cheaper issued ESS Crossbows, and by far Revision is the best. The scratch-resistant coating on the front is one of a kind. I went climbing not too long ago and unfortunately they fell off the top of my head several times and landed lens first onto rocks with little to no scratches or chips. Your anti-fog coating on the inside of the lens is no joke. On the last range we did at night, using our NVGs with the issued clear eye pro it tends to fog up within seconds. These didn't even once. I even tried to make them fog and nothing so props to that.

For the past couple of weeks, I have had the chance to wear the Revision StingerHawk sunglasses. I have worn them during normal patrol shifts, during SWAT duties and in my own time off duty. I have done nothing to treat them other than use a microfiber cloth to clean them. I have seen no visible scratches and had zero issues with them fogging over. I have been in and out of hot to cold environments and vice versa, with no issues...The Revision StingerHawks have a smaller height profile than the Oakley’s without sacrificing coverage of the eyes. I like the angular cuts of the Revisions more as compared to the curved shape of the Oakleys...Overall, I like these glasses a lot. I would continue to wear them if given the chance. I do not have to constantly adjust them and they are comfortable to wear. I had no issues with them fogging over and have yet to see a scratch on the lenses. I would recommend these glasses.

So the overwhelming consensus on the StingerHawks is that they ARE superior to any eyepro my soldiers have received. The anti-fog is really pretty good compared to anything else we have tried. I had one of my soldiers treat them pretty rough in an attempt to simulate how soldiers tend to treat things (cargo pockets without case, dropping and stepping on them, leaving them on the floor of the Stryker, etc.) and they held up well. Only managed to get one small scratch on the lens. Honestly they held up better than I thought they would for scratch resistance. They like the light weight and clarity of the frames and lenses too.

The glasses are super clear, scratch-resistant and durable. I have shot with these in -20 degrees to 80 degrees in Georgia. They work great and the no-fog solution you have coated the inside of the glass with works 100 percent of the time; they are my favorite set of glasses.

I would like to say thank you to those who make and sell Revision military eye protection. Upon a patrol in Baghdad my stryker was hit by an IED. I sustained some lacerations to the face from fragmentation and the military Revision eye protection saved my eyes from certain blindness. I again thank you, the makers of this great product.

The StingerHawk Spectacles provide clear, comfortable protection. The anti-fog lenses worked great and the thin temple arms fit nicely under my ear protection. They were very comfortable even under extensive use. The durability of these lenses are unbelievable. It may seem minor, but I really liked the clear nose piece that came with the clear lens. I tried the black nose pieces with clear lenses and it creates a small distraction that the clear nose piece just doesn't have. Overall the StingerHawk Spectacles are an excellent product and have the protective capabilities needed!

First of all thanks for the opportunity to test a pair of your StingerHawk Spectacles. I was not disappointed. I wore the StingerHawk eyewear almost every day for about a month. I wear contact lenses so I am always protective of my eyes. The StingerHawks provided confident protection from day one. The best feature for me was the low profile design. The design allowed me to wear my head gear correctly (parallel to the marching surface). The lightweight material reduced fatigue and did not cause headaches like some other competitors. I didn’t just wear them in uniform. I wore them when coaching little league baseball. The tinted lens provided great protection from the sun and did not dull my vision like other tinted lens from competitors. The durability was tested when my ten year old son sat on the entire case. The lenses were easy to change out. Great product that I recommend.

We were thoroughly impressed by these glasses. The frames fit better over the ears. The flexibility was nice and appear to be less likely to break. The frames also allow the StingerHawk Spectacles to sit closer to the face with improves coverage and is less troublesome when using rifles. The edges of the lenses sit closer to the face and extend farther around the eye offering better protection and less hindrance to shooting. Bonus, they look better!

These glasses are light, rugged and extremely comfortable. The fit and finish is excellent, the glasses fit close to your face for good protection. They also didn't fog after shooting all day on the range in the North Carolina heat. I completely forgot I had them on (clear lens) until I got home from the range. I highly recommend them!!

I have been using the StingerHawk Spectacles like hell and they are truly an outstanding piece of equipment. I know they technically are not on the APEL right now (I have my Sawfly for any inspections that might require those) but my go-to for range time has been the StingerHawks. They are freaking outstanding.

The StingerHawk Spectacles are the best issue eyewear I have ever worn. I took them on a 10 mile road march and had no fogging issues. Nothing comes close!
