I just had cataract surgery on both eyes. A friend gave me a pair of the Sawfly sun/safety glasses. I am impressed! After wearing corrective glasses for 60 years, and being very nearsighted, the correction required a good pair of sunglasses. These are very comfortable and stylish to boot. You have a fan. I will recommend these to everybody!
Just wanted to drop a line and let your company know how impressed I am with the Sawfly glasses. I've owned a pair for over 7 years and they are part of my everyday carry. I don't leave the house without them. Not only do I use them as my regular sunglasses; they serve as safety glasses throughout my day. I work as a career firefighter and am no longer in emergency operations, but I work in our logistics center repairing and maintaining equipment. Again, I'm just super impressed with the durability and practicality of the glasses.
I used the polarized lens for my Sawfly Spectacles today. OUTSTANDING lens!!! Thank you very much. Whether on the battlefield or lake, Revision continues to deliver!!

We came to a small hall way maybe 2 meters wide and 6 meters deep, and at both ends there was a porch, so we went down and at the end our 4th guy stepped on a no metal IED…The 3 guys that went before him were all wounded, and the 4th was killed. I was the 5th, properly standing 2-3 meters from the explosion, and was thrown about 2-3 meters back, and had injuries on my left and right arm, my right leg, and the left side of my face. If I hadn't worn my Revision glasses, I would have lost my left eye. I had stitches all the way up to my left eye, and just under my eye it stopped. You could see exactly where my glasses had been, because I had wounds all the way around my eyes except were my glasses and helmet had been.

That blast was so strong it threw me around like no tomorrow… It looked like a star cluster of 300 little dim light bulbs flying out of this huge cloud of smoke going up into the sky and draping off like the leaves of a weeping willow tree… It’s funny how one little piece of plastic can keep you in the fight for another month or the rest of your life…

I would like to say thank you to those who make and sell Revision military eye protection. Upon a patrol in Baghdad my stryker was hit by an IED. I sustained some lacerations to the face from fragmentation and the military Revision eye protection saved my eyes from certain blindness. I again thank you, the makers of this great product.

My name is ---------- and I called earlier today to tell you that your safety glasses for the military saved my eye. Here is the picture that I had after getting injured in Iraq and I would like to thank you personally. I really appreciate everything you do for the military.
I’m writing you with good news and bad news. The bad news is I’m in a medical clinic because I got blown up by an IED. The good news is I’m alive, having suffered only a concussion and a splitting headache. I’m a gunner and it was hot as hell that day; the AC in our truck was down and to keep cool I was wearing just the Batlskin Mandible Guard with my Sawfly eyepro – no visor this time out. I was manning the turret when the IED detonated; it knocked me unconscious and hurtled me into an almost-back flip. Had I not been wearing the Mandible Guard, I would have smashed my face right into the turret, losing a few teeth if not worse. With no visor, my eyepro got scrapped but thankfully I still have my eyesight.
