The premise is simple: by controlling the manufacture of its lenses—the heart of any protective eyewear system—from start to finish, Revision creates the blueprints for the highest quality ballistic eye protection and oversees its execution to the highest standards.

Revision’s 52,000 square foot operational and eyewear manufacturing hub houses the most technically advanced lens manufacturing equipment in North America featuring an environmentally controlled Class 100 Clean Room with molding and coating machines capable of producing millions of lenses annually. At its core is a fully automated lens coating process that cleans, coats, cures and inspects lenses to meet and exceed the most demanding optical standards.

This one-of-a kind facility affords extreme flexibility and responsiveness. From rapid fulfillment of low quantity custom orders to maximizing our surge capacity to meet a large military deployment, Revision’s product assembly operations can be quickly configured for a remarkable solution that exceeds expectations. These qualities extend into the types of lenses, configurations and styles manufactured onsite where small spectacle sizes such as the Sawfly, medium goggle sizes like the Desert Locust, to large ballistic visors are produced with efficiency and precision.

With on-site quality assurance, product assembly, warehousing, and distribution, all mission critical processes remain in-house where they are constantly monitored and controlled by the finest scientific and technical minds with one goal: to build product that exceeds Revision’s rigid ballistic and optical performance standards, quality requirements, and delivery schedules. All to ensure the highest performing product is delivered to soldiers when they need it—on time, every time.
